At the age of five years old, Brimstone (obviously under his given name) appeared on an episode of Children's Television Workshop's "Sesame Street." At one point in the episode, all the children took off one of their sneakers and put them in a pile over the Sesame Street sewer cap. Once he finally found his shoe (almost last), Brim had laces while most of the other kids had Velcro, and he had an issue tying his shoes! Maria helped tie the laces, and he was the last child to run off screen. One of Brimstone's strangest childhood memories is that of Big Bird breaking kayfabe in front of him backstage by pulling off the Bird head and continuing to talk to Brim in the character's voice using the voice-box. As the headless Big Bird eventually walked away, Brimstone remembers looking up at him while he went and noticing Snuffy hanging lifeless up in the rafters!!! Needless to say he was never the same again… Brimstone also had an appearance on the children's television show, "Romper Room" around the same time as Sesame Street. Brimstone's mother took him into NYC in order to potentially have him hired to do commercials. Notably, he auditioned for a Steak & Wine Sauce, as well as Rice Krispies, however due to complications between his parents… nothing came to fruition.
